Save $100 on Asus ROG Ally, but you’ll need to be fast

Best Buy has slashed the price of the Asus ROG Ally by $100, but the offer is only available for an extremely limited period of time.

Time is of the essence with this deal, so we’ll cut right to the chase. Over at Best Buy, the Asus ROG Ally is available with a sizable $100 discount, making the Steam Deck competitor all the more affordable. However, you’ll need to get your order in quick to be in with a chance of benefitting from this saving.

When it comes to the best handheld gaming PCs, you won’t find a better option running Windows 11 than the Asus ROG Ally. While its Z1 model isn’t worth picking up, the Z1 Extreme version is something of a pocket rocket. Thankfully, the aforementioned promotion is for the latter.

If you can make it to the Best Buy webstore before January 31, 1PM EST / 10AM PST, you can nab the ROG Ally for $599.99, netting you a saving of $100. This is while stocks last, of course.

In the PCGamesN Asus ROG Ally review, we loved the increased performance and resolution it offers versus the Steam Deck. Its 7-inch 1080p IPS panel looks pin-sharp and boasts a variable refresh rate range of 48-120Hz.

As it runs Windows 11, you can expect to enjoy a wider level of compatibility with your games and general applications compared to the Steam Deck. Just bear in mind that it comes with a few quirks which while manageable can be a touch annoying.
