Despite being only being revealed yesterday, the Splash Damage-developed multiplayer component of Arkham Origins is already prepping for beta testing, with invites already mailed to many players.
According to GameSpot the beta period will run from August 7th through to August 14th.
Many people receiving emails containing beta invites have apparently become concerned that they are illegitimate, potentially due to the fact no one knew what Arkham Origins’ multiplayer was until yesterday. Warner have confirmed with a tweet though that the emails are genuine.
The beta is taking on players on a first come, first serve basis, so if you’ve received an email containing an invite you’d best sign up as soon as possible.
