If you’ve got plans to play Destiny 2 PvP this weekend, get ready to have a bad time. Players have uncovered an infinite super exploit for Dawnblade Warlocks, and it’s one that requires basically no effort to replicate. People at Bungie are aware of the issue, but there’s been no immediate indication of what shape the fix will take.
This is a case where it’s basically impossible to talk around the steps it takes to replicate the exploit, because there’s literally one step. Destiny streamer Gladd posted a video of the glitch on Twitter, and it’s gaining traction on the Destiny subreddit. The cat’s out of the bag, friends, and Crucible is about to be a nightmare.
The glitch apparently works in all game modes, so there’ll be no escape from the mayhem. Maybe the weekend will be like that time Bungie let everybody have easy access to a completely broken Prometheus Lens. We’re going to have to make the best of it, everyone.
Bungie developers are responding appropriately.

In other Destiny 2 news, there’s a sword rework on the way for season 10. And if you need some other multiplayer games to keep you occupied this weekend while waiting on a hotfix, well, you know where to look.
