Diablo III Patch 2.0.4 touches down and now the world will never be quite the same again

Reaper of Souls Crusader

Blizzard have just launched the latest Diablo III patch and it’s a big old betsy. Patch 2.0.4 is now live across all servers everywhere and introduces major changes to every class as well as to some of the game’s town hubs. There’s nothing any one of us can do to stop it, so we might as well embrace the change and carry on.

You can check out our thoughts on the latest expansion in our Reaper of Souls review.

Sweeping changes have been ushered in by 2.0.4 and no class is safe. From Barbarians to Wizards, no player shall not know the touch of Blizzard’s manipulative, busy fingers. Go check your Monk, he will not be the Monk you knew last night. Your Demon Hunter will stare straight through you with her vacant eyes, unable to speak of the things that this patch has altered in her, deep inside her heart and all up in her brain. Guys this is serious.

Blizzard’s patch notes are extensive enough as to require a table of contents, so if you really must know what 2.0.4 does it’s worth heading over to the Diablo III siteto understand what these changes mean to you and yours.

My favourite change? Town hubs have had their clickable obelisks relocated to prevent accidental obelisk clicking. Indeed, those were some inexplicably clickable obelisks.
