Halo Wars: Definitive Edition is coming to Steam on April 20

The Halo Wars remaster is on its way to Steam this week. The original Halo strategy game has been reworked to run natively on PC via Steam. It comes bundled with all its DLC and has been polished up to look nicer on that lovely GPU of yours.

It’s also available on Windows Store and has been for a bit, though you can’t play the Steam version online with Windows Store players. There’s no word on price yet, but the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition Steam page is live if you want to bung it on your Wishlist.

  • OS: Windows 7 SP1 64-bit or higher
  • CPU: Intel Core i3 or Equivalent
  • RAM: 4GB
  • Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4200 Nvidia GeForce GT 740M AMD Radeon R5 M240
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 12GB available space

This is just the latest Microsoft exclusive to find its way onto Steam, following Dead Rising 4 and Quantum Break. Hopefully the trend continues.
