Easter might’ve come and gone this year, but it’s never too late to celebrate spring and dye eggs in kaleidoscopic colours. At least, that’s what Blizzard reckon with their latest Hearthstone event, which egg-cellent time that’s to dye for. (They really are making heavy pun use in this announcement.)

The Noblegarden event will begin May 9, bringing login rewards like a golden Eggnapper and Devilsaur Egg. There’s also a new Tavern Ball called Everybunny Get in Here, which naturally has you dyeing eggs. One egg spawns each turn, and you’ll use a deck full of dyes and special Noblegarden cards to get it decorated. Those dyes apply various buffs, with those eggs hatching on each turn into “something cute.”
It’s a neat event, though its untimeliness is downright conspicuous, with Easter being a month behind us now. Regardless, you can get your egg dyeing and card slinging together from May 9 until May 13.
