NASCAR driver suspended for using a racial slur during iRacing stream

Kyle Larson will have to complete sensitivity training

NASCAR driver Kyle Larson has been suspended without pay after he used the N-word during last weekend’s Monza Madness iRacing event. The 27-year-old has since apologised for his behaviour, but he’s being ordered to undertake sensitivity training before the organisation will even consider lifting his suspension.

His team, Chip Ganassi Racing, has condemned the Larson’s words as “offensive and unacceptable” in a recent statement.
