The Winter Soldier, Black Widow, and Venom are on their way to Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite. The three new characters will be playable from December 5.
If you love comics but hate fighting games, Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite could be the game for you.
Bucky, in his guise as The Winter Soldier, heads into fights with a significant arsenal at his disposal. As well as his bionic arm, which allows him to shrug off attacks entirely unscathed, Bucky has access to a pistol, assault rifle, and grenades, as well as a solid right hook.
By contrast, the other two new characters get a lot more up close and personal. Black Widow has some impressive gadgets, including nerve gas and sticky bombs, to use against her opponents, but she can also hold her own in a fist-fight. Venom also prefers to get close to his enemies, encasing them in webbing before unleashing some truly nightmaric combos. You can see all three characters in action in the video above.
Owners of the 2017 character pass will unlock all the characters on December 5, as well as the previously released Black Panther, Sigma, and Monster Hunter. There’ll also be a free multiplayer weekend from this week, and all 30 characters will be available. The demo begins at 08:00 PST on November 24, running until 08:00 on November 27.
