Mirage: Arcane Warfare, the magical fighter from the developers of Chivalry, has just received its first free content update. It’s a big’un, too: new maps, magic abilities, and a brand new weapon.

You can see some of this in the trailer above, but those two new maps are The Pit and Old Arena. The Pit is, well, a pit with a Sarlacc-style hole in the centre, ready to gobble up anyone who falls in. Old Arena, on the other hand, is a crumbling structure held held high above a ravine, with holes littered around for people to fall into.
The new spells come for the Alchemancer, Vypress, and Vigilist, while the new weapon is a third weapon choice for the Taurant class. In case you want to try this out before jumping back in against human opponents, there’s now bot-assisted servers for 3v3 and 6v6 modes which bring both teams up to full, dropping out if any human players try to join.
