Everything we know from the E3 2017 PC Gaming conference

PC Gaming show 2017

I don’t know if you realise or not, but it’s E3. That means there’s a lot of news, loads of new games being announced, and plenty of people fluffing their lines to a worldwide audience of millions. It’s lovely stuff. Most of the news is coming out of the conferences from the big publishers, but today there’s also the PC Gaming conference, which itself should have a few announcements.

If you’re finding it hard to keep up, we’ve got a schedule for all of the E3 conferences for you.

One thing we know for sure is that there’s going to be a big XCOM 2 announcement. My guess is a standalone expansion a bit like The Enemy Within.

Elsewhere, Creative Assembly will be showing off Total War: Warhammer 2, so expect a deep dive, probably astride a griffin’s back, into what’s new there.

On top of that, Bohemia Interactive will be pimping out Argo, their new, completely free multiplayer shooter. That Battletech game has also been confirmed to be making an appearance, as have Klei, developers of Invisible, Inc and Don’t Starve – I’d expect them to be showing Hot Lava, their new first-person platformer where the floor is literally lava.

Other than that, expect BossKey to bring LawBreakers, and be prepared to see that PlayerUnknown fella talk about the future of PUBG.
