If you pre-order the special Thrillseeker Edition of Planet Coaster, you can play the alpha right now, all through the weekend. You’ll also get access to the game’s beta when it begins.
If you like new stuff, our list of upcoming PC games will keep you excited.
The Thrillseeker Edition is only a little more than the regular version, so it seems worth a punt if you were thinking about getting it anyway. The alpha ends October 10 at 17:00 BST.
If you take part in the alpha, you could see your creations housed in Frontier’s crowdsourced park. They’re taking the most inventive creations from the alpha and turning them all into one massive superpark.
You just have to upload your best work to the Steam Workshop, where it will join over 10,000 other community creations, and it could be picked up by the developers.
There are livestreams planned forSaturday and Sunday from 18:00 BST until 21:00 BST for the event they’ve dubbed Party in the Park.
