Microsoft’s Ted Timmins was on hand during the show to announce that the game is being developed alongside the Xbox One version and will feature an unlocked frame rate as well as ultra-wide aspect ratios, including 4K. Not only are you going to feel like a pirate while playing, but you can see it all in super-clear 4K, which is probably clearer than most pirates’ vision.

Sea of Thieves is coming to PC in early 2018. If you’re interested in trying it ahead of release, you can sign up for the technical alpha on the game’s official site.
