A new behind-the-scenes trailer has released for Star Wars Battlefront II, finally giving us a slightly deeper look at the massively anticipated single-player campaign. If you squint, you’ll even spot some fresh footage.
It’s not that far, far away now - check out our upcoming PC games list.
As the trailer shows, this is going to be a story about family, even though we’re playing as the bad guys. Not only the camaraderie between the squad of special forces soldiers, but also a literal family.
The main character, Iden Version, takes commands from her dad, you see. She was groomed from a young age to become who she is, so expect her to gain some new perspective once the Death Star turns to dust and she begins meeting people with differing viewpoints.
Hopefully it’s a good story. After all, this is classed as Star Wars canon and bridges the gap between the old and new universe. EA even say they’re excited about using this story as setup for future games.
Star Wars Battlefront II is out November 17.
