Explore all new caverns and meet new NPCs in The Witcher 3 with The Devil’s Pit Mod

The Witcher 3

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s Devil’s Pit mod brings 20 new items, bombs, potions, a new playable area, and a load of new non-playable characters (NPCs).

If you love The Witcher, you’ll really love our list of the best RPGs.

As reported by Wccftech (via PC Gamer), The Devil’s Pit Mod lets you explore a selection of caverns located at the Devil’s Pit quarry. There are also “numerous enhancements to the area and additional content that can be enjoyed within the base game.”

The mod also brings mercenary companion Victoria, who tags along with Geralt for as long as you have her contract in your inventory. For a full run down of what else is available, head on over to the Nexus Mods page.

Of course, mods are not sanctioned by the developers, so use ‘em at your own risk. For the latest version of Devil’s Pit, v.0.91d, some aspects remain unfinished, with some missing content, including dialogue, flavouring, and there’s absolutely no quest or interactions with Iorveth and/or Saskia.

If you’ve ever fantasised about gently colouring in Geralt’s body scars with a grey pencil – and let’s face it, who hasn’t? – then CD Projekt Red have a treat for you by way of a new Witcher 3 colouring book. Yes, it includes bathtub Geralt. You’re welcome.
