It turns out you can improve on perfection after all, as someone realised there was one thing missing from The Witcher 3 and rectified it: skateboards.
If skateboards aren’t your thing, we have a list of the best Witcher 3 mods just waiting for you.
Originally noticed by PC Gamer, modder Eutirion has unleashed upon the world Geralt of Rivia’s Pro Witcher 3, which gives both Geralt and Ciri invisible skateboards to cause havoc and pull off sick kickflips with.
It’s actually part of a collection of mods that are designed to make a no-fast-travel playthrough a bit more tolerable, with other components letting you swim super fast, move around during otherwise locked animations, and retools the combat to be more predictable, like The Witcher 2’s.
The NexusMods page (which is also where you can download it) does report a few issues such radical action would naturally cause, like difficulties streaming in the landscape quick enough and clipping through things you really shouldn’t. But when you’re offered an invisible skateboard, who cares about the consequences?
Drowners and mad barons alike won’t know what hit them when you pull a totally bodacious ollie, followed up by a gnarly manual. Or something. I’ve never skated in my life.
