The World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Digital Deluxe edition is going the way of the dodo, or a more appropriate extinct animal from Azeroth. In a week (no sooner than March 10th), Blizzard will be discontinuing the edition. So if you have been contemplating upgrading or maybe jumping back into WoW after a prolonged break, you’ll want to grab it as soon as possible.
It seems likely that Blizzard is doing a bit of spring cleaning before announcing the Warlords of Draenei Digital Deluxe edition.
This edition contains the striking Imperial Quilen mount with its glowing wings, the adorable Lucky Quilen Cub pet, a WoW-themed banner and accent for Diablo 3 and portraits for Starcraft 2.
It’s £10/$20 more than the standard edition, but considering the cost of special mounts alone in the store, it’s not that pricey.
I grabbed the physical version a while back, which comes with a lovely, massive art book, a soundtrack, behind the scenes Blu-Ray and a slightly cheap Chen Stormstout mouse mat. It’s a little pricier, but it doesn’t look like it’s being discontinued along with the digital version.
