Seven days have passed, which means it’s time for the Fortnite week 7 challenges. Challenges are live now, rewarding you with bonus Battle Stars and XP if you complete them.
Stay up to date with our Fortnite update tracker.
There are, as always, seven Fortnite Week 7 challenges (four normal, earning you five battle stars, and three hard, which will net you ten stars). Here’s what they are, and how to beat them.
Fortnite week 7 challenges
- Deal damage with shotguns to opponents – 5 stars
- This should be easy – grab yourself a boomstick (a Pump, Tactical, or Heavy Shotgun will do the trick) and damage opponents. You don’t even have to kill anyone.
- Search chests in Lonely Lodge – 5 stars
- You’ll need to open seven chests in Lonely Lodge, on the Eastern coast, to complete this challenge. Aim for the top of the tower, but remember to check out the store, too.
- Suppressed weapon eliminations – 5 stars
- Grab yourself a silenced pistol or submachine gun, and get yourself some eliminations.
- Eliminate opponents in Shifty Shafts – 5 stars
- Shifty Shafts can be a bit of a killzone at the best of times, so it should be easy to get three kills here. You can always grab yourself a few weapons in the houses to the south or the crashed bus to the north before heading in.
- Search between a chest, Ammo Box, and Supply Drop in a single match – 10 Stars
- The first two of these are easy – there are chests and ammo crates all over Fortnite. Getting a supply drop is a little harder, but keep an ear out for them spawning in, and be sure to build around the blue smoke at their base.
- Search the Hidden Gnome in different named locations– 10 stars
- There are a total of nine gnomes dotted around Fortnite’s named locations. A pretty safe bet is the Haunted Hills gnome, which can be found under an archway in the North-East corner of settlement.
- Follow the Treasure Map in Retail Row – 10 stars
- The map points to a spot in the maze at the centre of the Wailing Woods. Head there and chop down a tree on the Western edge of the maze to earn these stars.
If you haven’t completed challenges from Fortnite week fiveor Fortnite week sixyet, remember they’re all still available, so you can still earn your bonus stars and XP. Check back next week for the Fortnite week seven challenges.
