LoL Patch 7.10 New Skins

Second most important: cosmetics. Lovely, gorgeous cosmetics. Bit more of a visual medium this, so we’ve grabbed the best videos of each skin, as well as a lovely pic or two. Some are relatively simple changes, while others are total reworks of every part of the champion outside the gameplay numbers – new VO, new animations, new particles and the rest. It’s generally defined by how much they cost, so we’ve detailed that as well.

Pulsefire Ward

As is standard, a new major skin comes with its own ward. Here’s a preview:

LoL Patch 7.10 Login Screen

LoL Patch 7.10 item sets

Item sets are making their return, allowing you to customise the suggested items shown in-game as you like. Makes your base visits quicker and your purchases more consistent. Screens and details on S@20.

LoL Patch 7.10 developer notes

Andrei ‘Meddler’ van Roon gave a bit of context on the patch’s changes in his initial gameplay notes. He also explained the immediate changes to Zac and Sejuani in a May 4 follow-up. The potential for further changes was explained on Reddit.

This thread also explains another new feature on the way, ping muting.

League of Legends missions

Continuing from the assets found during thePatch 7.9 PBE, further expansions on the system that will be used for tracking rewards for various out-of-game related events have been added in 7.10. This includes various strings for rewards, placeholder art and other bits. Full details on S@20, and the latest comment from Riot is still this post by Martlet.

Evelynn skin files

Some Evelynn files appeared on the PBE towards the end of the 7.10 cycle. They’re textures for her base skin, and are a different colour from her current model. This is likely for her upcoming large-scale rework, but the assumption is that Urgot will come first. His files were datamined as far back as patch 7.6.

That’s League of Legends patch 7.10. We’ll update as and when we get more info, or we’ll see you for patch 7.11 in the very near future. Let us know below if there’s any vital info we missed!
