YouTuber Alastair ‘Ali-A‘ Aiken is revealing all the details on an upcoming, unannounced project tomorrow (April 9) at the inaugural W.A.S.D games show. You can catch all the details live at the Tobacco Docks in London or through a Twitch link we’ll share below.
The prolific content creator is set to appear at the PCGamesN Theatre for a fireside chat at 11am BST, where he’ll also talk about his career and how content creators can make a name for themselves in a highly competitive space. We’re tapping up our sister site and streamer specialist The Loadout to host this one, with staff writer Aaron Down set to join Aiken on stage.
Aiken has been on the YouTube scene for a while now. His main channel on the platform has 17.5 million subscribers at the time of writing, though he has other accounts that boast subscribers counts in the millions. He plays oodles of things, though you’ll often find him creating content around Call of Duty and Fortnite or uploading vlogs.
If you’re not heading to the show, you can watch the stream below:
There’s plenty else on the PCGamesN Theatre schedule that day, too. We’re talking to BAFTA-winning developer Mike Bithell about his indie games career and have other chats on topics like four-day working weeks and how you can succeed on Steam.
W.A.S.D is currently underway. Alongside heaps of insightful talks, there are many upcoming PC games to play. We’ve rounded up a few W.A.S.D Curios picks we think you’ll dig, though there are plenty of W.A.S.D exhibitors to check out, too, like Sega, Team17, and Devolver.
