The makers of Pinball FX3 are giving away a selection of popular pinball tables to help everyone fight boredom during the lockdowns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. You can head over to Steam and start playing right away, without paying a red cent.
The Pinball FX3 Care Package includes three DLCs for Pinball FX3: Aliens vs. Pinball, Marvel Pinball: Heavy Hitters, and Star Wars Pinball. Each of these normally sells for $9.99 USD (£6.99), but the complete package of three is currently free.
Each DLC includes three themed tables. Aliens vs Pinball includes a table based on Aliens, one on Alien: Isolation, and one based on Alien vs. Predator, for example, and each table features voiceover and sound effects pulled from the original films and/or games. Fans seem to love them – Zen’s table adaptations and designs are fun and action-packed, and it’s hard to argue with a price tag of zero monies. All of them plug into the base game, Pinball FX3, which is always free – it exists mainly as a platform for you to add whichever tables in which you’re most interested.
