Norse survival sim Valheim coming from Coffee Stain Studios

Build a fort and praise Odin

Coffee Stain Studios, the publisher behind base-builder Satisfactory and Goat Simulator, has revealed new tribal fort-’em-up Valheim from Iron Gate AB. Playing as historical warriors based on norse mythology, you forage for supplies, build out your base, and eventually make up a village from which to explore and defeat various monsters and opponents.

Combat in the reveal trailer is very team-based, so expect online co-op if you have any would-be vikings among your ranks. And there’s portals too, for fast travel, if the long-boats don’t quite do the trick. You can view the Steam page here, and you can check out the trailer below:
