How long is Banishers Ghosts of New Eden?
If you focus purely on the main story, Banishers Ghosts of New Eden will take around 25-30 hours to complete. However, if you want to uncover every inch of New Eden’s many winding paths, ticking off all the icons on the Banishers map, you can expect to spend another 10-15 hours, bringing the total length to around 45 hours, give or take.
It’s worth noting that to unlock all the skills and abilities available in Banishers, you must complete some optional Haunting Cases because otherwise, you won’t obtain enough Spirit Essence — the blue skill points, essentially. The final skill tree, Fusion, has several red skills locked behind blue skills, so we’d recommend ticking off a few Haunting Cases as you progress to break up the pacing of the main story.
If you’re also curious about how far from the end you are, you’ll eventually hit a point of no return at the end of the quest “Love Finds A Way”. The game warns you of this, so you should head off to complete any outstanding Haunting Cases as you cannot continue exploring New Eden without loading an old save file. After the point of no return, there are around two hours of the main story remaining.
