GOG is offering ‘hidden’ deals for Gwent players

Online games retailer GOG is offering Gwent players exclusive discounts on select titles, and there are some pretty solid titles in the lineup. It may well be worth giving the free-to-play Witcher card game a shot. It’s a quick sale, running now through Sunday.

To qualify as a ‘Gwent player,’ all you have to do is download the client and fire it up. If you’re not regularly playing, don’t worry – you still can use the codes to get the discount on selected games.

Standouts include 50% off on the lovely Battle Chasers: Nightwar, Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun, and Pillars of Eternity: Definitive Edition. Pyre is another highlight of the sale, and you can pick that up for $10 USD.

GOG is offering Gwent players 75% off on some older titles, including Vampire: The Masquerade (both 2000’s Redemption and 2004’s Bloodlines), and on the Ultimate Edition of Dragon Age: Origins, at $5.

You can also pick up Obsidian’s evil RPG Tyranny and Torment: Tides of Numenera for $11.25 each. They’re among the best role-playing games of the last couple years and at 75% off they’re steals.

To see all the eligible games, head over to GOG and log in to your account. In the drop-down menu under your account name, select ‘Redeem a code,’ or head to this page. For the list of 50% discount titles, enter the code GOGGWENT50, and for the 75% sale selections, enter GOGGWENT75. You’ll be able to add the games you want to your cart from each list as long as you’ve logged into Gwent at least once.
