After the third corner, look for a side street on the left hand side. There’s a staircase that ends there, and you can spot the wooden fence we’re looking for at the entrance. Behind this is an alleyway: follow it all the way to the end and you’ll find the man you’re looking for. If you miss the turning, use impact grenades to get you back to where you need to be.
