The RPG action-adventure game has been met with mixed reviews, in our Death Stranding review roundup we noted that IGN gave it 6.8/10, but Trusted Reviews gave it 5/5, they say, “Death Stranding is unlike anything else out there in the gaming medium right now” and Gamespot also rewarded Death Stranding a high score of 9/10. How long is Death Stranding, though? According to the critics it can take anywhere from 50-100 hours depending on how committed you are to doing everything. Sounds like plenty of bang for your buck, to us. Considering how many episodes there are in Death Stranding, it looks like a fair spread of content per section.

The Death Stranding Steam release date is set for June 2, 2020, which is the same day it’ll launch on the Epic Games store. To make the wait worth it, the PC edition features a photo mode, higher frame rate, ultra-wide monitor support, and there’s even a Death Stranding and Half-Life crossover. That’s right, now you can play Valve content on Epic’s platform.
