Best Pals for Handiwork in Palworld

Pals with the Handiwork work skill are some of the most useful to have around, so here are the best Pals for an assembly line and building.

What are the best Handiwork Pals? Handiwork Pals are the only ones able to work on building and crafting around your Palworld base, which, alongside farming and forging, are among the most essential Pal tasks. Therefore, you’re going to want the very best handiwork Pals for your assembly line.

All Palworld Pals have at least one work skill, and many even have three or four, allowing them to work on multiple tasks around your base. Releasing your right-hand Pal from its Sphere or placing a Pal in your base through the Palbox causes it to work on any job available – as long as it has the right skillset. Make sure you have a good mix of Mining Pals, Planting Pals, and other working Pals to ensure everything gets done, but only the best Handiwork Pals will build and craft.

At level 4, Anubis is the Pal with the most efficient Handiwork skill, and will work the fastest. However, other Pals like Beegarde and Verdash are also great choices considering their additional work specialities.

The best, long-term use for the Handiwork skill is for putting Pals to work at weapon and Sphere assembly lines, ensuring that your sweat shops – I mean, factories – are operating at top speed. That said, you can also leave Handiwork Pals to builds structures, making them useful from the very moment you start building your base, freeing up your time for other, more important tasks.

As the most useful work skill of them all, there are actually a lot of Handiwork Pals available, so you’re more than likely to have some ready to go as soon as you start catching Pals. That said, every single one is in the list below, sorted by skill level, with level 1 Handiwork Pals at tier C, and level 4 Handiwork Pals up in tier S.

Loupmoon, one of the best Pals for Handiwork in Palworld.

Best focused Handiwork Pal

Loupmoon is actually the only Handiwork Pal without another skill, and works at level 2. If you want to ensure that you have a Pal who is concentrating solely on building and crafting at any time, then Loupmoon is perfect to have in your base, alongside others with Handiwork among their multiple skills. This way, you can be safe in the knowledge that at least one Pal is always working on the latest crafting recipe.

Beegarde, one of the best Pals for Handiwork in Palworld.

Best multi-discipline Handiwork Pal

Anubis, Verdash, and Beegarde are the best multi-discipline Handiwork Pals to consider – or even use them all. Anubis is the most obvious choice as the only Handiwork Pal with the skill at level 4, meaning they are the most productive Pal. Anubis also has the mining skill at level 3 and the transporting skill at level 2, making them pretty useful when there are no assembly line recipes to work on.

That said, some of the less efficient Handiwork Pals are also great to have around for their other skills. Verdash, for example, has Handiwork at level 3, but also has planting at level 2, gathering at level 3, lumbering at level 2, and transporting at level 2. This makes them one of the most useful Pals at base. Alongside a watering pal, they can completely grow, harvest, and store crops, and they can gather and store wood, both among the most necessary resources.

Finally, we also recommend Beegarde, thanks to their level 1 farming skill. Beegarde isn’t the most efficient Pal, with level ones across the board in Handiwork itself, as well as farming, medicine production, lumbering, gathering, and planting, and a 2 in transporting, but they are only Pal to drop honey from farming, and could be your only Medicine Production Pal if you’re short on slots.

Cattiva, one of the best Pals for Handiwork in Palworld.

Best early game Handiwork Pal

With so many Handiwork Pals available, including ‘starter Pals’ Lamball and Cattiva, you shouldn’t have a hard time finding a Handiwork Pal in the early game. Though these two are only level one Handiwork Pals, they are actually the best to get right away, since you won’t be able to catch any level 2 and above Handiwork Pals until later in the game. The Penking boss could be one of your first level 2 Handiwork Pals to work towards, and you might get lucky and hatch a Loupmoon.

So there you have it, plenty of choice for the best Handiwork Pals to set to work on your weapons assembly lines. Make sure you have someone making medicine as well, so you can heal injured Pals, and the best Kindling Pals are essential for making Palworld Ingots in the early game.
