Genshin Impact outfits – available skins and what’s coming next

Here's a look at every character outfit currently available in Genshin Impact so far, and up to date information on any future skins coming to the game

After months of the community asking for character outfits, Genshin Impact gives players the chance to change their character’s outfits using the skins system. This system was introduced in the Genshin Impact 1.6 update, which also welcomed the Anemo Sword user Kazuha to the game. Ayaka, the Cyro Sword user, arrived in the second banner in Genshin Impact 1.6.

One of the big questions surrounding the skin system was how skins were planned to be distributed. As Genshin Impact locks characters behind gacha mechanics, players were worried that skins may be sold using the same system. There are two methods to unlock events: purchase the skin for 1680 Genesis Crystals, or complete a specific event. If you happen to miss the event, the skin will make its way to the Character Outfit Shop in the future.

Genshin Impact 2.4 has introduced new skins to the game for the first time since the 1.6 update back in June. Here are all of the Genshin Impact outfits so far.

Genshin Impact 2.5 OUTFIT leaks

Genshin Impact 2.5 is right around the corner, and it looks the devs are going to add even more skins to the game. According to reputable leaker, Project Celestia, the following characters are going to receive alternate outfits: Jean, Rosaria, Mona, and Amber.

The current line up of Genshin Impact outfits:

Ningguang in a blue dress holding an orange ore in mid-air

NINGGUANG – ORCHID’s EVENING GOWN

Ningguang’s event exclusive skin is going to be available on January 25 until February 12. Players need to reach Adventure Rank 28 or above and have completed ‘Archon Quest Chapter I: Act III – A New Star Approaches’, and ‘Archon Quest Interlude Chapter: Act 1 – The Crane Returns on the Wind’. The Orchid’s Evening Gown will land in the Character Outfit Shop when Genshin Update 2.5 launches in mid February.

Keqing – Opulent Splendor

Keqing’s outfit arrived in the Genshin Impact 2.4 update. The Opulent Splendor skin can be purchased for a discounted price of 1350 Genesis Crystals during the update’s launch period. The discount period ends on February 14 where the price reverts back to 1680 Genesis Crystals.
