Jake is a freelance writer working regularly with PCGamesN. Hailing from the overcast shores of Brighton in the United Kingdom, Jake can be found covering everything from reviews to guides content. Before the glamorous life of games writing, Jake was busy completing a degree in Chemistry at the University of Sheffield. Over those three years, he mostly realized that, well, science is really hard, and that he'd much rather run a vintage clothing shop in Steel City instead. Thankfully, this somehow ended up with videogames writing eventually. He’s unhealthily obsessed with Fortnite, EA Sports FC 24, and any game with a time loop.
